Angelina's Restaurant is a dream realized for Angelina Velez and her children. The year was 1986 and Angelina Velez decided to chase her dream of becoming a restauranteur. Angelina's Restaurante opened in the Eastville section of The Colony. It had only ten tables. Those ten tables soon were not enough as Angelina's Tex-Mex recipes were gaining a reputation of being the finest around town.
Angelina's moved to a larger spot in The Colony, off of Main Street, with many more tables and two patio dining areas. Ultimately, adding more original recipes and a larger location were simply not enough. The crowds kept growing. Soon Angelina realized she could help make her children's dreams come true as well.
With that, she opened up Angelina's in Lewisville, which she later gave to Louis Jr. Angelina's still carries on the tradition of old. A comfortable family atmosphere, the best food prepared using the freshest ingredients and most importantly, outstanding service done the family way. With expansion came a full service bar giving customers a place to unwind after a long day's work.
The Tex-Mex success story continues today. With the opening of Angelina's Restaurant in Corinth, Texas the legend continues to grow. Angelina's in Corinth not only has a wonderful decor and atmosphere, it has patio dining for those who enjoy getting out. A full service bar completes the experience.
